Betty E. Azmoon
Owner/Founder of Griffin Financial, LLC
Betty provides financial planning and wealth management services that help individuals and families identify and understand their objectives and create a financial plan. She works with individuals, including those going into retirement, divorcees, and widows, to answer their most pressing financial questions and concerns, and then develops a well-thought-out financial plan that meets their individual financial goals.
Betty’s role at Griffin Financial is meeting with clients and prospective clients to educate them on the different financial and investment strategies that are available to work towards their goals. She applies her extensive personal and professional experience in all areas of financial planning to help them pursue their goals. One of the benefits of working with Betty is her ability to provide clear, easily understood explanations of financial products and services.
Betty Azmoon is the owner of Griffin Financial, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. She has worked in financial services, retirement & Investment planning, lending, and credit management for 28 years. She makes it a mission to constantly stay current on all continuing education
requirements.
In her spare time, Betty enjoys spending time with her husband Ali, and enjoying all that life has to offer with her many friends and family, as well as with her two kitties, Leyla & Booboo!

Shadi Karimi
Operations Manager
Shadi Karimi has been the Operations Manager at Griffin Financial for over seven years. She provides administrative support for Griffin Financial, including managing client documents, helping with providing clear communication between the firm and clients, and hosting clients in the office, making sure they are comfortable and that their needs are taken care of.
Before joining Griffin Financial, Shadi worked as an office manager for a large mortgage company overseeing all of the details of the lending process for loan officers, from application to escrow, and title process to funding. Prior to her financial experience, Shadi owned a daycare facility for children and was also a nurse. Her combination of experience in mortgage finance, and caring for individuals brings knowledge in finance, excellent organizational skills, as well as customer service skills, making her the perfect person to work with our clients.
Shadi also enjoys spending time with her son, and her dog, as well as cooking and event planning.
